Da ich schon das letzte Mal gefragt wurde, wie ich mein Krautfleisch koche (unter der Bezeichnung Szegediner-Gulasch werden diese Speise wohl mehr kennen, ist aber nur daran angelehnt), hier nun das Rezept von mir dazu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zutatenliste:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1 Kohlkopf (ca. 1,5kg)<br \/>1 Putenbrust (ca. 750g)<br \/>2 gelbe Zwiebel<br \/>4 EL Raps\u00f6l<br \/>1 EL Butterschmalz<br \/>1 Liter Wasser<br \/>2 T\u00f6pfchen Knorr Bouillon Pur Gem\u00fcse<br \/>Salz aus der M\u00fchle (ich verwende gerne Himalaya-Salz)<br \/>Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle (4-Pfeffer-Mix)<br \/>1-2 EL Paprikapulver ger\u00e4uchert<br \/>3 EL Tomatenmark (konzentriert)<br \/>1 EL gebratener Knoblauch (Asia-Markt)<br \/>1 EL Worcestersauce<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Erstes wird der Kohlkopf geviertelt und der Strunk entfernt. Wenn Ihr keinen Krauthobel habt, wirds nun knifflig, weil das Kraut ziemlich d\u00fcnn geschnitten werden muss. Mit dem Messer eine echte Sisyphusarbeit. Wenn Ihr aber eine gute Wurstschneidmaschine habt, so wie ich, dann gehts gleich viel einfacher! Die Putenw\u00fcrfel dazugeben und gut anschwitzen lassen. Danach den Rest der Zutaten dazu und gut verr\u00fchren. Geht schnell und einfach.
