Normalerweise bin ich ja der Fleischtiger, aber heute durfte es mal fleischlos sein. Karfiol-Curry! Das erste Mal probiert, eine riesen Patzerei, aber geschmacklich gut muss ich sagen. Und das brauchte ich dazu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100g Berglinsen<br \/>250ml Wasser<br \/>2 mittelgro\u00dfe Zwiebel<br \/>3-4 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>1 Stk. Ingwer mit ca. 5cm (gesch\u00e4lt)<br \/>1 TL Salz<br \/>3 EL Butterschmalz<br \/>1 mittelgro\u00dfer Karfiol<br \/>1 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel (gemahlen)<br \/>1 TL Pfeffer (gemahlen)<br \/>1 TL Curcumapulver<br \/>1 TL Fenchelsamen (gemahlen)<br \/>400g gehackte Tomaten (Dose)<br \/>3 Stk. Pflaumentomaten (frisch)<br \/>400ml Kokosmilch (Dose)<br \/>2 Stk. Kardamom-Kapseln<br \/>1 Lorbeerblatt<br \/>2 EL Petersilie (getrocknet)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zuerst werden die Linsen in ca. 20 Minuten gekocht und kalt abgeschreckt. Dauert in etwas 15 Minuten. In gesalzenem und sprudelndem Wasser 3-5 Minuten (je nach Menge und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe) kochen lassen. Er sollte noch bissfest sein. Dann den Karfiol hinzugeben und weitere 5 Minuten (zugedeckt) kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
