Nachdem ich liebend gerne das Ankerkraut Pommes Frittes Salz verwendete, und die Firma 2022 leider mehrheitlich vom nicht gerade umweltfreundlichen aber gewinngierigen Nestl\u00e9-Konzern \u00fcbernommen wurde, gingen meine Reserven mittlerweile zur Neige. Ich hab lange get\u00fcftelt, und nun kann ich Euch mein Rezept f\u00fcr mein selbstgemachtes Pommes- und Bratkartoffelsalz posten. Es steht dem Original um nichts nach!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Was ich verwendete:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 EL getrocknete Petersilie (fein gemahlen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 EL Oregano (fein gemahlen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 TL Knoblauchgranulat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 TL Zwiebelgranulat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 TL Wikinger Rauchsalz (Gew\u00fcrzland.com)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Senfmehl (Colman&#8217;s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 TL Wei\u00dfer gemahlener Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 TL feines Mehrsalz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle diese Zutaten gut vermengen und in eine luftdichte Dose packen! 1 EL pro 500g Kartoffel reicht vollkommen aus. Man kann nat\u00fcrlich je nach Geschmack mehr oder weniger verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lasst es Euch schmecken!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
